Sage Excel Integrated Reporting isn’t automatically installed when Sage 50 Cloud Accounts is upgraded to v27. A download is available from Sage EIR however the add-in only works with 32 bit versions of Excel.
If you are running a 64 bit version of Excel you have a choice – reinstall Excel as a 32 bit version or use the ODBC driver to access your Sage Data. If you are new to ODBC it is easier than you think and more flexible than Sage EIR. Download our beginners guide:
